Eliminate Your Limiting Beliefs, Easily and Effortlessly!

What are some things you believe, that hold you back? We all have them. They sit in your brain, telling you things like:
Why would I even apply for that job? I’m not good enough to get it.
Ugh! I’m fat and gross.
No-one wants to hear what I have to say.
I’m a terrible mom/wife/partner/boss.
I always get sick in the Fall.
I can’t make money.
I don’t deserve nice things.

Sound familiar? I could go on and on, but I wont, because I don’t want to bum you out. These beliefs often sound ridiculous, on a rational level, but they are there, clouding things, helping you to give up, opt out and never live your best life.

Your unconscious mind is super powerful. It is where 90% of all change happens. It remembers everything, and causes you to make choices, often to protect you, but these choices often don’t serve you in the best way. Think of it as a genie- a genie who grants all your wishes, but sometimes what you think you want isn’t really what you want at all. Like wishing that you are made out of gold. Sounds fun, but in reality, that really sucks.

Your unconscious mind thinks that everything you tell it is true, whether it is negative or positive. It decides certain things are true, sometimes based on events or situations in your life. For example, I had a client who was bullied as a young teenager. Her unconscious mind, at that moment, decided she needed to stop eating to deal with the pain. Some people will always choose a partner who cheats on them, because of a belief that they are unworthy of being treated well, from something that happened during childhood. Sometimes, when uncovered, the beliefs seem ridiculous. Like gaining weight because you unconsciously feel that moms who work out are selfish. But they’re there- doing all kinds of nastiness, below the surface.

But here is the coolest thing ever. If our unconscious mind decided all these things, we can also choose to UNDECIDE them. Easier said than done, you say? Nope. It is easy and effortless. We can eliminate these negative beliefs, and replace them with positive ones. BAM. Just like that. We do that using NLP and Time Line Therapy®, to actually change your brain’s neurology. This makes it impossible to access those old negative patterns. They are gone forever.

The good news? We can be totally in control of these thoughts. We can make them go away, and choose new thoughts, thoughts that propel us forward in life, and create success and happiness!
